Description:
The unique rolling, patchwork quilt geography of Eastern Washington has always captivated everyone’s imagination. It is a special area of farmland that seem to have been designed by an artist with an eye for color, pattern and design. The overall landscape is photogenic from almost any point of view; but we tour to many not-so traveled roads and know of some wonderful areas that create beautiful photos as the sun and shadows dance along the hillsides. The nostalgia of the old barns and homes that are tucked in amongst the hills are wonderful subjects in themselves. The Silvermans have returned to this area for years and have become well acquainted with many of the farmers who grant them access to their private viewpoints. Harvest time is “golden time” in the Palouse, with stunning sunsets and golden fields that radiate richness and brilliance that are sure to fill your photo experience with a variety of subjects and images that will be unique in all of your photo travels.
